Bedtime Breathing Protocol


We all have those nights where you toss and turn and can't fall asleep. Or you do get to sleep, but wake up in the middle of the night and start thinking about what you need to do at work the next day.


This is a short protocol you can follow to help you get to sleep or get back to sleep if you wake up and your mind is racing.


Make sure to really focus on the rising/falling of your belly, count the seconds of the inhale/exhale, and that will help to take your mind away from the other distracting thoughts. If your mind drifts back to those distracting thoughts, just re-focus on the breath and eventually your body/mind will relax and you'll be able to travel deep into dream land!
