Today's society has made us soft, weak, and caused us to give up too easily when times get tough. It's time to build more grit, develop tenacity, and learn that we're capable of so much more.
I want to help you become a stronger, more badass individual that isn't afraid to take on new challenges, try new things, and even look to seek pain and discomfort because you know it will make you more resilient.
Every month there will be a new topic to help you develop a greater mental, emotional, and physical determination to succeed in life. We're all very busy, so each topic will last 5-10 days of the month and only require 5-10 minutes of your time each day.
There's a million programs out there on how to lose weight, build strength, etc; so if that's what you're looking for, this is not the place to find it. While we may cover topics such as nutrition and fitness, this group is here to help you become more mentally and emotionally stronger, which will spill over to help you on your physical journey as well.
We all have inner demons that possess us in one way or another and this is a place to learn, share ideas, communicate, and support each other.
